1. Check whether the compressor drive belt is in good condition

If the surface of the drive belt and the contact side of the pulley groove are bright, and there is a "squeak" noise when starting the air conditioner, it indicates that the drive belt is seriously slipping, and the drive belt and pulley should be replaced. If the drive belt is too loose, it should be adjusted, otherwise it is easy to cause poor cooling of the air conditioning system.

2. always clean the condenser

Cleaning the surface of the automobile condenser is convenient for the heat energy to be emitted to the outside world. Regular cleaning of the condenser surface can greatly improve the cooling effect of the air conditioning system. For this reason, the condenser should be cleaned frequently to prevent oil, soil and other debris from being attached to the condenser. When cleaning, be careful not to knock down the radiator of the condenser, nor damage the pipeline.

3. Check the air conditioning system hoses and fittings for oil

If any abrasion is found, it shall be handled in time. The broken parts shall be wrapped with cloth, and the air conditioner shall be stopped and sent to repair as soon as possible.

4. Check the air conditioning electrical circuit

Check the circuit condition of the air conditioner frequently to prevent the insulation layer of the wire from being worn. When the fuse (commonly known as fuse) of the air conditioning system is burnt out, check the fault first, and then replace the fuse after treatment. Do not short-circuit the fuse, otherwise the whole line may be burnt out, and other circuits on the car may also be adversely affected.

5. Regularly check whether the liquid level of refrigerant in the air conditioning system is normal

The glass peephole is usually installed on the cover of the dryer to run the engine and air conditioning system, and observe the flow of refrigerant through the glass peephole. If the air conditioner works normally, it should be seen from the peephole that the clear coolant is flowing constantly, and there are some small bubbles occasionally in the high temperature. Small bubbles can be seen when the air conditioning system is turned off.

6. Clean the air conditioning filter screen regularly

Fixed at the air inlet of the evaporator, air filter screen is generally installed. The air filter screen of the air conditioner should be cleaned regularly to prevent dust and sundries in the car from adsorbing on the air filter screen and hindering air circulation, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity.
